With more than a decade of experience in the tourism industry, Em combines a passion for the outdoor adventure with a commitment to helping visitors make the most of their time in Canada. Originally from Ontario, she followed her heart (and the milder weather) westward, landing in Revelstoke where she now helps guests navigate their adventures with ease.
A lifelong adventurer, Em competed in Para-Climbing for Team Canada and continues to spend her summers chasing new climbing objectives throughout British Columbia, Alberta and beyond. When she’s not coordinating seamless travel experiences, you’ll likely find her chasing cruxes rock climbing, surfing powder on a snowboard and paddle boarding the lake or exploring mountains with her dog, Milo.
As the Sales & Reservations manager at Revelstoke Transfers, Em is responsible for coordinating smooth, stress-free transportation experiences from the moment a booking is made through to a guests, final destination. Whether assisting with airport transfers, private transportation, group travel, or local travel logistics, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and personalized support.
