Richard was an exemplary driver. During the sign up process it was unclear if the pickup would be at 5am or 5:30am. Both times were referenced and it was only on the phone call that it was made clear.

Revelstoke Transfers went above and beyond when my flight time changed and put my spot on the 2PM shuttle at risk. I called ahead to see if there was any flexibility, and they were kind enough to wait about 15 minutes—saving me from a 4-hour wait at the Kelowna airport.

The driver was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. Truly excellent service—10/10 would absolutely recommend!
