The journey from Kelowna Airport to Revelstoke typically takes 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on road and weather conditions. Winter months can bring challenging driving conditions, but our drivers are experienced in navigating the route safely. We recommend departing Revelstoke at least 5 hours before your flight to allow ample time for your transfer and check-in.

If your flight is delayed or canceled, please contact our team as soon as possible at +1 (250) 837-5044. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly and will do our best to accommodate you by rebooking a seat on the next available shuttle that aligns with your new arrival time. If no shuttle aligns with your new schedule, we offer private transfer options or you can make alternative arrangements. Please note that cancellations are subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy. To avoid any potential losses, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected delays or cancellations.

Yes! We’re happy to transport your ski or snowboard as one of your checked luggage items but let us know anyways. Each passenger can bring 2 checked bags and 1 carry-on free of charge. For additional luggage, there is a $25 per extra bag fee.

Advanced reservations are required for our shuttle service. If no passengers are booked in advance, the shuttle will not operate. For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, please contact our office at +1 (250) 837-5044 directly, as online bookings may not be available at short notice.

If your flight arrives or is delayed beyond the last scheduled shuttle of the day, you have two options:

1. Private Transfer: You can book a private transfer to Revelstoke for direct, flexible transport.
2. Overnight Stay: Alternatively, we recommend booking an overnight stay near the airport and catching the first available shuttle the following day. We offer pick ups directly at the airport hotels: Hampton Inn & Suites and Four Points by Sheraton.
