Our Airport Shuttle offers a reliable and affordable way to travel from the Kelowna Airport to Revelstoke. This service operates year-round and provides a safe and direct option to make the connection. There is no minimum passenger limit for this service. The shuttle is guaranteed to operate as long as someone is booked on the service 24 hours prior to it departing. Please meet your driver inside the airport at the Revelstoke Transfers booth. The booth is in the departures lounge near the security entrance, across from the Whitespot Lounge. Map linked here. If you have any issues connecting with the driver, please call our office at +1-250-837-5044.
The drive between Kelowna Airport and Revelstoke is approximately 2.5-3 hours depending on road conditions which vary significantly during the winter months. We recommend departing Revelstoke at least 5 hours prior to your scheduled flight.
If you encounter a flight delay, cancellation or last-minute travel change the first step is to call our team at +1-250-837-5044. We do our best to assist during these situations by allowing passengers to rebook last minute seats that align with their new arrival time. If you choose to make other travel arrangements or cancel your trip to Revelstoke, you will be subject to our regular 48-hour cancellation policy and will not eligible for a refund or future credit. We strongly recommend all passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected expenses or cancellations.
Yes, you can bring your ski/snowboard/bike bag on the shuttle as one of your checked luggage. You are allowed to bring 2 checked bags and 1 carry on free of charge; additional items are $25/bag.
Yes, advanced reservations are required for the shuttle; if no passengers are booked in advance the shuttle will not run. If you are booking within 48 hours, please call our office directly at +1-250-837-5044 as online bookings are suspended.
If you land or are delayed past the last scheduled shuttle departure you have two options. The first option is to book a private transfer to Revelstoke and the second option is to stay in Kelowna overnight and catch the shuttle the next morning. We offer pick ups directly at the airport hotels: Hampton Inn & Suites and Four Points by Sheraton.
