All Shuttles (from Kelowna Airport, SilverStar & Revelstoke) need to be booked in advance.
At time of booking, please let us know if your infant / toddler will need a booster or car seat
Transport Canada requires that all passengers arrive at the airport a minimum of 90 minutes prior to departure for a domestic ﬂight and 2 hours for an international ﬂight
Revelstoke Transfers and/or Kelowna Concierge are not responsible for any guest late for departures, missed ﬂights due to weather, road conditions, passengers late loading, driver errors, mechanical or any other conditions.

Revelstoke Transfers: Your Reliable Ride To The Mountains

Your stopover will take place at the Prestige Hotel in Vernon. There may be up to an hour transfer window, we recommend grabbing a bite at the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill on site or heading across the street for some shopping at Vernon Square Shopping Centre. Please make sure you’re in the hotel lobby by your scheduled pick-up time at the Prestige.

It takes about 30 minutes to get from SilverStar to the transfer point in Vernon, from there it is approximately 2 hours to Revelstoke.

Advanced reservations are required for our shuttle service. If no passengers are booked in advance, the shuttle will not operate. For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, please contact our office at +1 (250) 837-5044 directly, as online bookings may not be available at short notice.

Our drivers are experienced in navigating mountain roads and winter conditions, especially along the frequently snowy Trans-Canada Highway. We maintain a fleet of well-equipped vehicles designed to handle snow, ice, and steep terrain, ensuring a safe and reliable ride no matter the weather.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your service date, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. In the event you need to change shuttle times/dates please let us know as soon as possible so we can amend your booking based on availability.

The SilverStar Shuttle drops off at most locations on the Mountain, and door-to door service in Revelstoke.

Revelstoke Transfers saved the day! Unfortunately West Jet cancelled my flight out of Kelowna and the team at revelstoke transfers was able coordinate a ride to Calgary for me within 18 hours! I really appreciated their quick action and organization.

Michael, our driver was very polite and a great chauffeur! Their quick action and Michael’s willingness to drive to Calgary are the only reason I was able to get me on my new flight!
